Maintaining your mental and physical health indeed requires deep cleanings of old ways of thoughts that have been unconsciously installed in our neurons of subconscious mind.
Many of us asks different questions regarding how to be on a daily basis positive thinker?
The answer to this many have already given in previous texts, speeches and panels of discussions in countries around the globe and respected universities.
But to be positive thinker you need to have a strong discipline and practice it everyday as well to stop any surroundings with people that complain and accuse everyone around themselves and are negative towards goals and achievements in life.
As man and woman's today real need to cultivate this new culture of thinking positively and being in harmony with your inner happiness and joy mentally and physically.
1. Wake up early in the morning
2. Start with forgiveness for everyone
3. Meditate 15 minutes at least each day
4. Read another minimum 30 minutes inspirational stories
5. If you have a near park go out for jogging for 30 to 60 minutes
6. Take Daily Showers every morning and evenings before you go to sleep
7. Greet everyone with smile on your face as this will open even iron doors
8. Send Thank you notes to your loved ones in your family, colleagues and friends.
9. Involve yourself in local charitable activities by helping your community with what you are the best at.
10. Inspire everyone that you meet with positive compliments and share your experience as positive thinker as this will help and guide someone else as well to start to make a change in their lives as well.
11. Every night before you go to sleep make a habit of yours to keep a journal of positive happenings in your live as well as those that harm you forgive them but never forget what they did to you.
